| Findings: | |||
| Four radiographs of the right and left hindlimb are reviewed. There is a complete comminuted fracture of the distal right tibia with proximal and lateral displacement. There is a fissure line along the cranial medial cortex There is a transverse fracture of the right fibula. There is soft tissue swelling of the tibia. No aggressive lesions are seen. The left hindlimb appears within normal limits. | |||

|
There is a complete fracture with displacement of the distal tibia for which reduction and stabilization are advised. A fracture of the fibula is also noted. Consultation with the surgeon is suggested. Soft tissue swelling secondary to hemorrhage is present. The left hindlimb appears within normal limits. |
